Shipping policy

Where we ship We ship Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Processing and dispatch Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times We ship with tracked Australia-wide delivery. Most metro orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is free when you buy 2 or more packs.

Tracking You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Delays, lost parcels and incorrect addresses Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, but if something seems delayed or lost, contact us and we will help follow it up. Please check your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
