How long does The MC Reset take?

The first 5 days are fully planned out, with structured support continuing throughout the 30 days.

Is the supplement safe to take?

MC Detox Reset is TGA listed (AUST L 519675) and made in Australia from carefully selected natural ingredients. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare professional before use.

Do I need to change my diet completely?

No drastic diets. We give you a simple plan for what, when, and when to stop eating — that's it.

What if I don't work out already?

The workout plan is built for real life, not the gym-obsessed. It flexes to your starting point.

Do I have to give up alcohol for the whole 30 days?

No — just the first 5 days. After that it's your call, with support either way.

How many capsules do I take, and when?

One capsule three times daily, with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Can I run the program more than once?

Yes, but we recommend cycling — 30 days on, then a break — rather than running back-to-back with no rest.

How is this different to a typical detox tea or powder?

Most products in this category are underdosed. Ours uses 4 herbs at levels the body can actually use — plus a real plan around it, not just a supplement.

How long until I feel a difference?
