Refund and Returns Policy
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at [support email] with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where required.
Change of mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Because Men's Cleanse Detox is a consumable health product, we cannot resell returned stock, so please choose carefully before you order. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods, which are set out above.
How to start a return Email [support email] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your claim. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
Changes and cancellations If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the return options above may apply.
